Manar Abdelmaaboud is an Interdisciplinary artist whose work addresses issues of power, control, and agency. Drawn to daily human interactions, her practice reflects on her own feelings of alienation, dissociation, and disembodiment.  Each new project is an opportunity to push or blur the boundaries and explore different aspects of the human condition, from the joys and sorrows of love and loss to the complexities of identity and belonging.
